Snapper Jack's

 We drove from Bryan to try Snapper Jack's and loved not only the food, but also the fact that this is a family owned restaurant. Their Seafood Jalapeno appetizer, which is specially priced during Happy Hour, is so different and delicious. We tried the New Orleans Tilapia, Pecan Fish Bites, Fried Shrimp, Blackened Shrimp, Seafood Gumbo, and Shrimp Fried Rice.

And, this only scratches the surface of what they have to offer! Everything was perfectly prepared and served hot with a variety of homemade sauces. They served a different sauce with the Shrimp Jalapenos and the Pecan Crusted Fish, and make delicious Tartar sauce and Red Cocktail sauce as well. We found the people who took care of us to be friendly, attentive, and efficient. We can't wait to try the Parmesan Crusted Fish and Coconut Shrimp when we return.
